I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
For items sold under the Black Owned Everything brand, we accept returns within 30 days, as long as the return items are in unworn, original condition. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details and instructions on how to begin a return.

For items sold by our partner brands on the Black Owned Everything marketplace, we respect and defer to the unique return policy of each brand. Scroll down to find the contact information and policies of the vendors you’re interested in.

I printed out my label and misplaced it. How can I retrieve it again?
No worries! You should be able to refer back to the email you received with the return label attached, and print it again. If you can’t find it, just send us an email and we will provide a new label.

Do your pre-paid labels cover international returns?
Unfortunately, we can only provide pre-paid return labels for orders shipped within the United States. Shipping an international return is the responsibility of the customer.

I have a question about a specific product.
For questions about products, sizing, and colors, please reach out to the specific brand you’re interested in by using the contact information listed in their Vendor Profile below.

How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

Near the bottom of every email we send, there should be an ‘Unsubscribe’ button – just click that, and confirm your information on the page that follows, and you’ll be excluded from future mailing. If you believe there’s been a mistake, or you’re having trouble unsubscribing, just let us know via email that you’d like to be unsubscribed and we’d be happy to do so manually.

How do I use my Gift Certificate/Coupon Code?
With items in your cart, head to the Checkout page. There you’ll find a box where you can type your promo code or gift code, exactly as it appears. Once submitted and approved, the code should be reflected in your cart.

I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?
The item may have sold out before your purchase could be completed. Return to your cart to see if the product is still there, and try to begin the checkout process again. If the problem persists, refresh and return to the product page to see if you can add the item back to your cart.
