Very poor customer service, candles arrived two weeks later and I paid 20$ for them to be shipped expedited, no one never responded and charged me twice for the same candle and no refund for the cost of the expedited shipment which was late two weeks late mind you and no refund for the extra charge for the candle that was $20 so that was $40 that I just gave y'all
